The Draw Room is a nonprofit organization incorporated in Ontario, Canada. Our mission is to support and amplify charitable causes by fostering community engagement, awareness, and ethical fundraising initiatives.

At this time, The Draw Room does not conduct licensed lottery, raffle, or gaming activities. Any future charitable gaming initiatives will only take place once all required licences and regulatory approvals are obtained.

2. Website Use

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This website is intended to provide general information about our organization, mission, and activities. Content may be updated or changed at any time without notice.

3. No Gambling or Lottery Activities

The Draw Room does not currently offer lotteries, raffles, games of chance, or prize-based promotions through this website or our social media platforms.

Any references to future fundraising initiatives involving charitable gaming are aspirational and subject to all applicable legal and regulatory approvals.

Donations made to The Draw Room support our nonprofit mission, including community engagement, charitable awareness, operational costs, and future program development.

The Draw Room is not currently a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency, and therefore donations are not tax-deductible at this time.
