The Draw Room is not currently a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency.
The Draw Room exists to support local charities and community causes by building awareness, engagement, and ethical fundraising initiatives.
In our foundational stage, our activities focus on community outreach, charitable spotlights, education, and relationship-building.
The Draw Room does not currently conduct lottery, raffle, or gaming activities.
Any future charitable gaming initiatives will only occur once all required licences and approvals are obtained from the appropriate regulatory authorities.
Funds received by The Draw Room are used to support our nonprofit mission, including community engagement, administrative costs, program development, and future charitable initiatives.
All financial decisions are governed by board-approved policies and oversight.
The Draw Room is governed by a Board of Directors and operates under established bylaws and internal policies, including:

Lottery Compliance Policy
These policies ensure transparency, accountability, and ethical decision-making.
Donations made to The Draw Room support our nonprofit operations and community-focused initiatives.
